Every purchase order accompanies an agreement by two or more parties to perform a set of tasks at specific time-lines. These include goods delivery and timely payment.
Tasks with Schedule
Deliverables from terms in the agreement between customer and vendor are compiled as tasks with schedules. For example, delivery of a specific product can be a task and the delivery time-line can be the schedule.
Alerts
MEREDIAM sends intimation to all stake-holders of approaching task completion schedules or deadlines. Multiple alerts can be configured for any task at different schedules.
Compliance Documents
Documented proof is necessary for closing of compliance tasks. Once the primary stake-holder intimates the system of completion of a specific task, approvers can view compliance documents and mark the task as completed and the compliance engine will stop sending alerts.
For example, goods receipt note can be a compliance document. GRN is a proof for goods delivery.
