Inwarding of Goods

Items mentioned in purchase orders can be in-warded by specific stake-holders through MEREDIAM. Details of purchase order, items delivered and quantity are captured in the system. Howerve, the items delivered are not accepted at this stage.

Quality Check

In-warded items can go through a quality check. Only when quality check norms are passed and updated in MEREDIAM, goods acceptance process moves to the next level.

Acceptance of Goods

Items that passed the quality checks are flagged in the system for acceptance. These items are reviewed by approving authorities and they can authorise for adding the items to inventory or asset books.

Part Deliveries

All delivered quantities are tracked in MEREDIAM against specific purchase orders. Details of delivers against individual purchase orders or pending deliveries against specific vendors can be tabulated in MEREDIAM.
