Bid Schedule
Bids can be scheduled for a specific time window convenient to all stake-holders. Once bid timings are authorised, schedules are undated in bid calendar.

Vendor Invite
Once Bid-Schedule is authorised, selected vendors are invited automatically by mail with details about the bid and schedule.

Online Bidding
Selected vendors are provided with a ranking screen with real-time update on position held by the specific vendor. Price or other terms used for ranking can be updated by vendors during the auction window to improve their positions.

Comparison Report
After the bid, elaborate vendor comparison statements based on multiple factors like cost, quality and reliability can be made available for stake holders to make well informed decisions.
